The Toyota Recall has made national headlines. I think the issues with Toyota was a surprise because the car company has such a reputation for being safe, dependable, long lasting and all at an affordable price. Sometimes in success we can lose the importance of "What Matters Most". I think we can all learn a few lessons from the car maker. I am an owner of a Toyota not to mention all my cars have been Toyota's. I guess you can say, "I'm a fan of the cars". My commitment to the brand depends on their response to the issues and the integrity of the new cars moving forward. There are a few lessons I think the church could learn from Toyota's mistake and their wins.

1. "Don't Hide issues": When there is an issue deal with or it. It will only magnify and make matters worse. Hiding an issue only allows the issue to build strength in the wake of discovery.
